United States Mission Seeks Concept Papers for HIV/AIDS Outreach Communication Programs in 2009

The U.S. Mission to Vietnam is seeking concept papers from competent local non-profit organizations and civil society groups interested in designing and implementing small programs or activities for HIV/AIDS outreach communication in 2009. The funding for these activities is supported by the U.S. President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) in Vietnam. Since 2004, the United States has provided more than US$ 320 million for programs in Vietnam through PEPFAR.
